Arno Van Hootegem is Ph.D. candidate at the Institute for Social and Political Opinion Research (ISPO) of the Centre for Sociological Research (CeSO), KU Leuven, Belgium. His Ph.D. project is focused on public opinion towards distributive justice at Research Foundation Flanders (FWO). Other research interests include welfare attitudes and anti-refugee sentiments in Europe.
