Mark Edwards

Mark Edwards has taught at Christ Church, Oxford since 1993, and is now Professor of Early Christian Studies at the University of Oxford. His books include Neoplatonic Saints. The Lives of Plotinus and Proclus by their students (Liverpool, 2000), Origen against Plato (Aldershot, 2002) ; Culture and Philosophy in the Age of Plotinus (London, 2006) ; Catholicity and Heresy in the Early Church (Farnham, 2009) ; Christians, Gnostics and Philosophers in Late Antiquity (Farnham, 2012) ; and Image, Word and God in the Early Christian Centuries (Farnham, 2013).
